We are looking for a compassionate, empathetic, and qualified School Counsellor to support the emotional, social, and psychological well-being of our learners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and group counselling to learners.
- Support students in managing emotional, social, behavioural, and academic challenges.
- Identify learners requiring additional support and coordinate with parents and educators.
- Conduct workshops on emotional well-being, life skills, and mental health awareness.
- Maintain confidential counselling records and student progress reports.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school management to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a relevant field.
- Relevant counselling experience in a school setting will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
