URGENT HIRING – COMPANY SECRETARY

We are urgently looking for an experienced Company Secretary for a reputed organization based in Ludhiana.

Position: Company Secretary
Experience: 5–6 Years
Location: The Mall Road, Ludhiana
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Handle IPO-related compliance and support the organization in all related regulatory and documentation activities.
- Manage corporate governance processes, including Board Meetings, General Meetings, agendas, minutes, and statutory records.
- Handle legal and secretarial matters in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory forms, returns, and regulatory documents with the relevant authorities.
- Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and corporate documentation.
- Provide guidance to management on corporate, legal, and regulatory matters.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities, auditors, legal advisors,



and other external professionals as required.
- Conduct compliance reviews and ensure adherence to applicable laws and internal policies.
- Support and conduct training related to compliance, legal, and corporate governance matters.

Candidate Requirements:

- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 5–6 years of relevant experience.
- Robust experience in IPO compliance, corporate governance, legal and secretarial matters.
- Good understanding of applicable corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to independently manage compliance and corporate secretarial functions.
