Formee Express is looking for an experienced Student Counsellor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the study-abroad industry to manage the complete student journey, from lead generation and counselling to visa application and final enrolment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students, follow up on leads, and convert enquiries into enrolments.
- Counsel students on suitable countries, courses, universities, eligibility, and admission requirements.
- Manage end-to-end university applications, documentation, and offer-letter follow-ups.
- Guide students through visa documentation and application processes.
- Coordinate with students until final admission and enrolment.
- Maintain student records, update CRM,
and achieve counselling and enrolment targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in study-abroad counselling.
- Mandatory hands-on experience across the entire student lifecycle, from initial lead calling to visa application and enrolment.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and follow-up skills.
- Strong knowledge of international admissions and student visa processes.
