Job Description

Bubble Cakery is hiring 2 enthusiastic, responsible, and customer-friendly staff members for our bakery in Bathinda.

We are looking for candidates who have good English communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist them with their orders.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Explain bakery products, cakes, pastries, and other menu items.
- Handle counter sales, billing, and payments.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and product displays.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints professionally.




- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Good spoken English is mandatory.
- Positive interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing skills preferred.
- Polite, presentable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a bakery, café, restaurant, or retail store is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Salary

Salary will be discussed during the interview based on skills and experience.
