About the Role

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Preschool Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with young children and be committed to creating a safe, happy, and stimulating learning environment that supports their overall development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate activities for preschool children.
- Implement the preschool curriculum through play-based learning, storytelling, rhymes, art, craft, and interactive activities.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children in the classroom.
- Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
- Maintain a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor children's progress and maintain developmental records.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to ensure quality education and care.
- Maintain classroom resources, teaching aids, and learning materials.
- Participate in school events,



celebrations, training sessions, and parent-teacher meetings.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in preschool or early childhood education is preferred.
- Freshers with a passion for teaching and relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Patient, creative, energetic, and child-friendly personality.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
