Job Summary

Madhyamam is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Events Department. The candidate will be responsible for designing event posters, banners, brochures, social media creatives, branding materials, and other promotional designs for events and corporate programmes.

The ideal candidate should have good design skills, knowledge of graphic design software, and the ability to deliver quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design posters, banners, invitations, brochures, standees, backdrops, and other event promotional materials.
- Create graphics for social media, digital campaigns, online advertisements, and event promotions.
- Develop designs based on event themes, client requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Prepare artwork for print and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with the Events, Marketing, and Sales teams to understand design requirements.
- Modify and resize designs for different platforms and formats.
- Ensure accuracy in text, logos, colours, layouts, and other design elements.




- Manage multiple design assignments and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on the latest graphic design trends and AI-powered design tools.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in events, advertising, branding, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of typography, colour combinations, layout, and visual composition.
- Basic understanding of print specifications and digital design formats.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and valuable communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Canva and AI-powered design tools will be an added advantage.
- Experience in event branding and promotional design will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹216,000.00 per year
