Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Credit & Operations Executive to handle loan processing, documentation, EMI tracking, and daily operational activities. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of lending operations and good coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Process fresh loan applications and reloan cases.
- Verify customer documents and ensure accurate data entry.
- Coordinate loan approvals and timely disbursements.
- Follow up with applicants and coordinate field investigations (FI) when required.
- Track EMI payments, overdue accounts, and bounce cases.
- Coordinate with the Collections, Recovery, and Accounts teams.
- Maintain loan records and prepare daily MIS reports.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.
- Support daily credit and loan operations and resolve process-related issues.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in credit, loan processing, or operations.
- Basic knowledge of lending and EMI collection processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
