Lydon Keats is a growing technology company focused on building innovative digital products and business solutions. We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to join our team in Tiruppur and build high-quality mobile applications. You should be comfortable using AI coding tools to work faster, with the experience to review, test and take responsibility for the code you ship. Candidates must be based in Tamil Nadu and be fluent in Tamil, with good working English.

Job Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, owning features end to end from development to Play Store and App Store release.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications for Android and iOS.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver new features.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud services.
- Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
- Publish, maintain, and update applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Stay up to date with the latest Flutter releases, mobile development trends, and best practices,



including AI-assisted development tools. Review and test all AI-generated code for quality and security.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3+ years of qualified Flutter development experience, with at least 2 apps live on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store (please share the links).
- Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter SDK.
- Experience building and deploying production-ready Android and iOS applications.
- Solid understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, animations, and application lifecycle.
- Experience with state management using BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, Storage).
- Knowledge of local storage solutions such as SQLite, Hive, Isar, or Shared Preferences.
- Experience implementing push notifications.
- Understanding of Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar design patterns.
- Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows.
- Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills.
- Good understanding of app deployment and release management for the Play Store and Apple App Store.

Pay: ₹14,353.19 - ₹40,000.00 per month
