## Team Leader – Operations **Experience: 1–2 Years** ### Roles & Responsibilities 1. **Daily Operations** * Supervise day-to-day cinema operations and ensure smooth functioning of the unit. * Monitor opening and closing procedures as per company standards. * Ensure all operational checklists are completed on time. 2. **Team Management** * Supervise and guide CSEs and other operational staff during shifts. * Allocate duties and prepare shift-wise deployment plans. * Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance of team members. * Support recent employees during onboarding and training. 3. **Customer Service** * Ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience. * Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally. * Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues quickly. 4. **Cinema Floor Operations** * Monitor auditorium readiness, cleanliness, seating areas, lobby, washrooms, and other customer-facing areas. * Ensure shows start on time and operational activities are completed smoothly. * Coordinate with projection, F&B;, housekeeping, security, and other teams when required. 5. **Safety & Compliance** * Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements. * Conduct regular checks for safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance.



* Report any incidents, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the Unit Head/Manager. 6. **Cash & Inventory Support** * Monitor operational transactions and ensure proper documentation. * Support inventory checks and ensure proper handling of cinema assets and consumables. * Report discrepancies to the concerned manager. 7. **Reporting** * Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and checklists. * Report shift-related issues and important updates to the Unit Head. * Maintain proper records of customer complaints, incidents, and operational activities. 8. **Coordination** * Coordinate effectively with the Unit Head and other departments. * Ensure proper shift handover and communication between team members. * Assist the Unit Head in achieving operational and customer-service targets. ### Key Skills * Team handling and leadership * Customer service * Shift management * Problem-solving * Communication skills * Basic MS Excel/reporting * Knowledge of cinema operations and SOPs * Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
