Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, experience in financial reporting, and proficiency in handling day-to-day accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Maintain ledger accounts, reconcile bank statements, and prepare financial reports.
- Oversee GST, TDS, and other tax filings as per statutory requirements.
- Handle invoice processing, billing, and expense management.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Work with auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Use accounting software (Tally) for bookkeeping and report generation.
- Support the payroll process and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1.5+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
