Job Summary

We are looking for a mid-level Quality Engineer – Civil to ensure that all civil construction activities meet approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. The candidate will be responsible for conducting site inspections, monitoring construction quality, maintaining quality documentation, and coordinating with project teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and inspect civil construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections for RCC works, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Verify the quality of incoming construction materials, including cement, steel, aggregates, sand, and concrete.
- Coordinate with third-party laboratories for material testing and concrete cube tests.
- Prepare and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality control procedures.
- Review method statements, material test certificates, and inspection reports.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate with site teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test results, and relevant documentation.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of civil construction materials, methods,



and quality control procedures.
- Experience in RCC, structural, and finishing works.
- Knowledge of IS codes, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) documentation.
- Ability to identify construction defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Good documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction quality control.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to independently conduct site inspections and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to construction quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients for quality inspections and approvals.
- Conduct regular site quality audits and monitor compliance with quality requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
