JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Project management related works

2) Planning, scheduling and assigning site activities.

3) Procurement management with effective negotiations

4) Ensuring the work assigned gets completed within the stipulated period.

5) Site team and design team coordination

6) Monitoring various sites progress simultaneously.

7) Solving technical issues at site.

8) Co-ordinating with the vendors and getting estimates for the purchase.

9) Co-ordinating with the design team and executing the work.

10) Reporting the changes made by the client at the site to the site team.

11) Collecting daily progress report from site.

12) Making sure the materials sent to the site are used prominently and avoiding wastage of materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

1) Site execution knowledge and project management skills

2)2-3 years of experience in same role is required.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
