Job Description

WeShine Academy is looking for confident and knowledgeable faculty members to participate in YouTube discussions related to competitive examinations and educational topics.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Participate in YouTube discussions and educational video sessions.
- Explain competitive exam topics clearly and engagingly.
- Discuss current affairs, general knowledge, and exam-related updates.
- Present information confidently in front of the camera.
- Collaborate with the content and video production team.
- Help create informative and engaging educational content for YouTube.

Skills Required

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in speaking in front of the camera.
- Robust subject knowledge in relevant competitive exam topics.




- Fluency in Tamil and/or English.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Prior teaching, YouTube, or video presentation experience is an advantage.

Eligibility

- Candidates with relevant subject knowledge can apply.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates experienced in TNPSC, Banking, SSC, RRB, or other competitive examinations are preferred.
