Process – Debt Recovery & Collection | UAE Banking Process

Eligibility

- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant experience in debt collection, recovery, or banking collections.
- Prior experience managing Team Leaders and collection executives.
- Robust leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of collection processes, MIS reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to handle escalations and achieve collection targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage daily collection and recovery operations for UAE banking portfolios.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate Team Leaders and collection executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including recovery, productivity, quality, and collection performance.
- Review daily MIS reports, team performance, and collection results.
- Develop strategies to improve recovery rates, team productivity, and overall performance.




- Handle escalated customer cases and support the team in resolving complex collection issues.
- Ensure regular follow-ups on outstanding accounts and payment commitments.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and arrange training to improve team efficiency.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, adherence to schedules, and overall team productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, banking process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with management regarding performance updates, challenges, and improvement plans.
- Drive the team towards achieving monthly collection and recovery targets.

Salary

- Negotiable, based on experience and interview performance.
