We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound Senior Civil Site Engineer to supervise and execute our industrial construction projects across Maharashtra. You will be responsible for ground-level, end-to-end site execution ("bottom to top"), ensuring that all Civil works, Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) setups, and Turnkey installations are completed with impeccable quality and strictly on schedule.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of solid in office experience in industrial construction, showing strong capabilities in handling site labor, subcontractors, and daily engineering challenges.Key Responsibilities

- On-Site Execution: Execute day-to-day construction activities from layout, excavation, and foundation ("bottom") up to structural completion, finishes, and final handover ("top").
- Quality & Survey Control: Supervise concrete pouring, reinforcement binding, shuttering, and structural alignments. Ensure work perfectly matches approved structural drawings and checklists.
- PEB Supervision: Oversee the unloading, assembly, hoisting, and alignment of structural steel columns, rafters, purlins, sheeting, and cladding.
- Progress Tracking & Timeline: Monitor daily labor productivity and subcontractor progress to ensure targets are hit in-time. Proactively report potential delays.
- Measurement & Billing: Take accurate site measurements, maintain Measurement Books (MB), verify subcontractor bills, and check material consumption records (reconciliation).
- Safety Compliance:



Implement strict health and safety protocols on-site, ensuring zero-accident tolerance during heavy lifting and working at heights.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on site execution experience strictly in industrial construction (warehouses, factories, industrial sheds).
- Technical Core: Proven experience executing:
- Civil Works: Footings, pile foundations, retaining walls, RCC structures, and industrial VDF/FM2 flooring.
- PEB Projects: Structural steel erection, torque tightening checks, roofing, and rainwater gutter installations.
- Turnkey Execution: Coordinating finishing civil works alongside basic electrical and plumbing inserts.
- Location & Language: Based in Maharashtra. Ability to communicate effectively with local labor and contractors in Marathi and Hindi is highly critical.
- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Skills: Strong blueprint reading skills (Architectural/Structural/PEB drawings), basic AutoCAD, and daily progress reporting (DPR).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
