Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor the work of contractors, labourers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure construction work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain construction quality and ensure proper use of materials.
- Monitor daily work progress and achieve project timelines.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Civil Engineer, contractors, and vendors.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, and material consumption records.
- Check the availability of construction materials and raise purchase requirements on time.
- Ensure proper implementation of site safety rules and regulations.
- Identify site issues and report them to the concerned management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the construction site.
- Assist in site inspections and resolve day-to-day execution issues.

Requirements & Qualifications





- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in real estate or construction site supervision.
- Good knowledge of civil construction, finishing work, and building materials.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily site reporting.
- Ability to manage labour and contractors effectively.
