Job Description

Ecopmin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled engineer to develop and program automated machines used in industrial and manufacturing applications.

If you have hands-on experience in PLC programming, machine control software, HMI development, and industrial automation, we would like to hear from you.

Candidates with experience in SPM (Special Purpose Machines) and other automated machine development projects are encouraged to apply. SPM machine experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify PLC programs for automated machines.
- Create HMI screens for machine operation and monitoring.
- Develop machine sequences, control logic, alarms, and interlocks.
- Work with servo motors, VFDs, sensors, and motion control systems.
- Test, debug, and troubleshoot machine control software.
- Support machine development, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Integrate PLCs with electrical and mechanical machine systems.
- Improve machine performance, reliability, and operating speed.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and project engineering teams.




- Prepare technical documents and support machine upgrades.

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, or machine development.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with SPM (Special Purpose Machines).
- Robust knowledge of PLC programming and HMI development.
- Experience with Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC, Mitsubishi, Rockwell, Beckhoff, or Omron.
- Knowledge of Ladder Logic, Structured Text, servo drives, VFDs, and motion control.
- Experience in machine debugging, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Ability to independently develop and troubleshoot machine control programs.
- Good technical and problem-solving skills.
