• Execute primary and secondary packaging activities as per the production plan.
• Operate and monitor packaging machines and equipment.
• Ensure packaging activities are carried out as per SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Maintain batch manufacturing and packaging records.
• Ensure proper line clearance before starting packaging operations.
• Monitor packaging materials and ensure correct product, batch number, and labeling.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the packaging area.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering departments for smooth packaging operations.
• Report deviations, breakdowns, and other issues to the reporting manager.
