The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) will serve as the primary point of contact for our domestic BFSI clients within the CLM Back‑Office department. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, troubleshoot issues, provide product and service information, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate and resolve client issues, escalating when necessary.
• Provide accurate information on Digitide's products, services, and processes.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and technical teams to fulfill client requests.
• Achieve defined service level agreements (SLAs)
and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and company offerings. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or relationship management, preferably in BFSI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a rapid‑paced back‑office environment.
• Knowledge of banking, insurance, or financial services regulations is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including occasional evenings or weekends.
