We are building next-generation digital market infrastructure powered by Unified Markets Interface (UMI)
- asset tokenization platform to tokenize financial assets, unlock liquidity, enable programmable finance, and reimagine how financial assets are issued, traded, and financed. As a Product Manager, you will define and drive products at the intersection of:
- Blockchain / DLT systems
- Capital markets infrastructure
- Digital public infrastructure (DPI)
- Regulated financial ecosystems (RBI, SEBI, etc.) This is a 0→1 and 1→N role, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Define product vision for UMI-based protocol architecture enabling interoperability across financial ecosystems
• Drive roadmap for tokenized assets (e.g., bonds, mutual funds, invoices, gold, deposits)
• Identify high-impact use cases (credit, collateralization, repo, fractional ownership)
• Translate business requirements into protocol-level specifications
• Define Asset lifecycle (issuance, custody, transfer, redemption), smart contract / token standards, Interoperability across institutions (banks, custodians, exchanges)
• Work closely with engineering on DLT architecture, APIs, and scalability
• Ecosystem Development
- collaborate with Banks, NBFCs, custodians, Regulators and industry bodies,



Fintechs and ecosystem partners
• Build network effects for UMI adoption
• Execution & Delivery
- Drive usecase/product lifecycle from concept → MVP → scale
• Define PRDs, user stories, and success metrics
• Work in agile setups with engineering, design, and data teams Skills & Qualifications
• 8–15 years in Product Management / FinTech / Platform roles
• Experience in blockchain / tokenization / CBDC / DeFi
• Robust understanding of Capital markets (equities, debt, repo, custody), Digital Assets/Tokenization, CBDC/Digital payments and financial infrastructure
• Experience with APIs and platform products and complex multi-stakeholder ecosystems
• Strong grasp of: Smart contracts, Token standards, Distributed systems design Key Skills
• Strategic thinking + execution rigor
• Systems thinking (protocol vs product mindset)
• Stakeholder management (regulators, banks, tech teams)
