Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst – Cloud Migration

Experience:
5+ Years Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Guidewire ClaimCenter cloud migration initiatives.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to deliver migration objectives.
• Support UAT, data migration validation, defect triage, and release readiness activities.
• Drive requirements traceability and ensure alignment with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) standards. Key BA Deliverables
• Business Requirements Document (BRD)
• Functional Requirements Specification (FRS)
• User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• As-Is and To-Be Process Flows
• Gap Analysis and Impact Assessment




• Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• UAT Test Scenarios and Sign-off Documentation
• Migration Readiness and Business Validation Reports Required Skills
• Strong BA experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter projects.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and Agile delivery.
• Experience in ClaimCenter migration, upgrade, or cloud transformation programs.
• Robust knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance claims processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred
• Guidewire ClaimCenter domain expertise or certification.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
