We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Junior Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with candidates and identify suitable talent for international job opportunities.

Freshers are welcome to apply! Candidates with prior GCC recruitment experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify suitable candidates for GCC job vacancies.
- Contact candidates, explain job requirements, and assess their suitability.
- Screen resumes and verify candidate qualifications and experience.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to team goals.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Any degree.
- Age: Above 25 years.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; GCC recruitment experience is an added advantage.
- Solid follow-up skills, a willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
