Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end Non-IT recruitment across manufacturing and corporate functions. The candidate should have strong expertise in manpower planning, hiring strategy, stakeholder management, and recruitment MIS.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with HODs and management for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
- Handle bulk, lateral, niche, and leadership hiring across business units.
- Prepare Job Descriptions (JDs), KRAs, and manpower plans.
- Manage job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri, along with referral and campus hiring initiatives.
- Coordinate with Plant HR, Site HR, and Corporate teams for timely fulfilment of manpower requirements.
- Ensure recruitment TAT, hiring quality, and recruitment budget targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly BU-wise Recruitment MIS and track hiring progress, cost per hire,



and source effectiveness.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities, induction, and onboarding activities.
- Support employee engagement, Rewards & Recognition (R&R;), and employee communication initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 8 years of experience in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.
- Experience in both manufacturing and corporate hiring is preferred.
- Robust manpower planning, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment portals, sourcing strategies, and MIS reporting.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a manufacturing organisation.
- Experience handling multi-location hiring and coordinating with Plant HR and Site HR teams will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
