We are hiring Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Location : Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor sales leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Manage, guide, and coordinate sales employees to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and employee performance.
- Maintain and update sales reports, lead status, customer details, and performance records.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and plan sales activities.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager regarding sales targets, team performance, and business development activities.
- Support sales employees in customer handling, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Ensure proper CRM updates and timely submission of sales reports to management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
