We are hiring a hands-on Head Chef / Fast Food Chef who can prepare a variety of Indian snacks and Western fast-food items, maintain consistent taste and presentation, manage kitchen preparation, and maintain high standards of hygiene.

The selected candidate will play an important role in setting up the kitchen, standardising recipes, managing ingredients and helping the business prepare for launch.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Indian snacks, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, fries and other fast-food items.
- Develop and standardise recipes, sauces, marinades and seasoning mixes.
- Maintain consistent taste, portion sizes, presentation and food quality.
- Manage daily ingredient preparation, including raw chicken and vegetables.
- Maintain food hygiene, protected food handling and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor ingredient stock, minimise food wastage and follow stock rotation practices.
- Calculate ingredient costs and maintain portion control.
- Organise kitchen operations and coordinate with one helper during service.
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and packed properly for takeaway and delivery.
- Assist with kitchen setup, equipment organisation, supplier coordination and menu trials.
- Follow opening, closing and cleaning procedures.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- Previous experience as a chef, fast-food cook or kitchen supervisor.
- Practical knowledge of Indian snacks and Western fast food.
- Ability to prepare food independently and consistently.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, safe storage and cross-contamination prevention.
- Understanding of ingredient costing, portion control and stock management.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to take ownership of kitchen operations.

Candidates who can demonstrate their cooking skills and contribute to developing recipes for a new food venture will be preferred.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary of ₹15,000–₹25,000, depending on experience and practical skills.
