We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our media production team in Madipakkam, Chennai.
The selected candidate will be responsible for editing video content for weddings, events, social media, and commercial projects. The role requires technical proficiency, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to complete assigned projects within deadlines.
Responsibilities
• Edit raw video footage into professionally finished videos.
• Work on wedding videos, event highlights, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Perform colour correction, colour grading, and audio adjustments.
• Add suitable transitions, titles, music, and visual effects.
• Coordinate with the production team to understand project requirements.
• Maintain organised project files and footage.
• Complete editing assignments according to production schedules.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of video editing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic understanding of colour grading and audio editing.
• Familiarity with different video formats and export settings.
• Ability to manage multiple editing projects.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Portfolio or samples of previous editing work preferred.
Compensation
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on relevant skills and experience.
