Training Instructor – HR Short-Term Courses

Location: Muppathadam, Aluva, Ernakulam, Kerala
Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Job Summary

SHAHAM SOLUTIONS is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Training Instructor to conduct training sessions in Human Resources (HR) and other short-term professional courses. The ideal candidate should have practical HR knowledge, prior training or teaching experience, and the ability to deliver engaging, career-oriented training to students and job seekers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training classes on HR management and related topics.
- Deliver short-term professional courses based on the institute's training programs.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, training materials, and practical exercises.
- Provide practical training in recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll, HR documentation and labour law compliance.
- Conduct interactive sessions, assignments, assessments, and mock interviews where applicable.
- Guide students in developing job-ready skills and workplace knowledge.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Update training content based on current industry practices.
- Maintain student attendance records and other training-related documentation.

Eligibility & Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in conducting HR training classes, teaching, or delivering HR qualified training programs.
- Practical experience in HR operations, administration, or related functions is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and practical workplace procedures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and presentation tools.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students effectively.

Preferred Skills

- Practical knowledge of recruitment, payroll, HR documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Experience developing course materials and delivering structured training programs.
- Ability to provide practical, industry-oriented training.
- A student-friendly, organised, and professional approach.

Muppathadam, Aluva, Ernakulam, Kerala.
