About the Role

Leadnexa Consulting is looking for a creative and skilled AI Video Creator & Editor who can generate, edit, and optimize engaging video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and client projects. The ideal candidate should have experience using AI-powered video generation tools along with professional video editing software to create high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create AI-generated videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and client projects.
- Edit and enhance videos using skilled video editing software and AI tools.
- Add voiceovers, captions, subtitles, transitions, animations, background music, sound effects, and branding elements.
- Convert raw concepts, scripts, and prompts into engaging video content.
- Create high-quality Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, explainer videos, advertisements, and social media creatives.
- Perform video trimming, color correction, audio enhancement, and basic motion graphics work.
- Design and optimize videos according to platform requirements (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Ensure videos align with client branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding content ideas, campaign goals, and creative direction.

Requirements

- Experience with AI video generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Veo, Sora, Synthesia, InVideo, HeyGen, or similar platforms.




- Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Filmora, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
- Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
- Understanding of social media trends, reels, shorts, and viral content formats.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and audio editing.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Portfolio or sample videos will be preferred.

Compensation

- This is a contract-based position, not a fixed salary job.
- The contract includes up to 50 approved videos per month.
- Additional videos beyond the agreed monthly volume will be compensated separately on a per-video basis.
- Remuneration will be discussed and finalized during the interview based on skills, experience, creativity, and quality of work.
- Performance-based incentives may be offered for exceptional work and timely project delivery.

Pay: ₹4,500.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
