We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident fresher to join our startup as a Junior Product Implementation Executive. The candidate will be responsible for demonstrating our customized software solutions to clients after development, explaining product features, providing basic user training, and ensuring a smooth handover of the software.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy learning about technology, communicating with clients, and explaining how software works. Technical coding experience is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the company's software products and their features.
- Conduct online or in-person demonstrations of customized software for clients.
- Explain product functionality according to the client's business requirements.
- Provide step-by-step guidance and basic training to clients.
- Coordinate with the development team to clarify technical questions and report product issues.
- Collect client feedback and communicate required changes to the relevant team.
- Prepare user guides, demonstration materials, and basic product documentation.
- Assist clients during software handover and initial onboarding.
- Maintain professional communication and follow up with clients after demonstrations.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in presenting and explaining information.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with software applications.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and coordinate with developers.
Eligibility
- Any graduate; BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.Tech, BBA, or other relevant degrees are welcome.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior software experience is not mandatory.
- Candidates with presentation, teaching, customer service, or coordination experience will have an advantage.
