: QA Executive – Vendor Qualification

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Relevant qualification)

Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

- Vendor evaluation, qualification, approval, and requalification.
- Review and verification of vendor documents, certificates, and quality records.
- Coordination with vendors for required documents and compliance.
- Preparation, review, and maintenance of Vendor Qualification SOPs and records.
- Maintain the Approved Vendor List (AVL).
- Coordinate with the QA, QC, Purchase, and Warehouse departments.
- Ensure vendor compliance with applicable GMP requirements and company SOPs.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Follow up on vendor audits, corrective actions, and compliance requirements, as applicable.

Required Skills:





- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance (QA).
- Experience in Vendor Qualification and Documentation.
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
- Good documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in Tablet, Capsule, and Ointment Manufacturing Plants will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
