Marketing Eraa is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to help us acquire new clients and grow our agency.

You will manage the complete sales process—from finding and contacting potential clients to understanding their requirements, pitching our services, following up, and closing deals.

The primary focus will be selling social media management services, along with our other digital marketing services, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, website development, SEO, and Google Business Profile management.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and identify potential business leads through research, cold calling, email, social media, and other suitable channels.
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their marketing needs.
- Explain and pitch Marketing Eraa’s digital marketing and social media management services.
- Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and conduct sales discussions.
- Prepare and share proposals or quotations according to client requirements.
- Follow up with prospects, address objections, negotiate, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and sales updates using a CRM, Google Sheets, or other tracking tools.




- Work towards assigned sales targets and support the agency’s revenue growth.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth handover after closing a client.

Skills and Experience

- Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, client acquisition, or telesales.
- Ability to handle the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Robust communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence speaking with business owners and explaining services.
- Understanding of digital marketing or experience selling agency services is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and work towards sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or Excel is an advantage.

Compensation

- Fixed monthly salary plus performance-based incentives.
- Incentives are available after achieving the assigned sales target and are calculated on eligible sales above the target.
