- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and employee records.
- Assist with onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Help develop HR policies, attendance tracking, and basic HR processes.
