Job Description

Rukmani Motors is looking for experienced and detail-oriented accounting professionals to manage dealership accounts, financial records, billing, payments, and day-to-day accounting operations for electric scooters and bikes.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Executive

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle sales and purchase invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers.
- Assist with GST documentation and monthly accounting reports.
- Coordinate with sales, service, inventory, and finance teams.

Account Manager

- Manage overall dealership accounting and financial operations.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Review accounting entries, ledgers, and financial reports.
- Coordinate GST returns, taxation documentation, and audits.




- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Supervise accounting activities and support management with financial analysis.

Eligibility Criteria

- Mandatory: Previous experience in the two-wheeler industry only.
- Experience with a two-wheeler dealership's accounts department is required.
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and accounting software.
- Understanding of dealership billing, inventory accounting, and vendor payments.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Relevant accounting qualifications and experience will be preferred.
