NVT Quality Lifestyle Projects Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications from qualified and experienced Civil Quantity Surveyor.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.
- Seek to minimize the cost of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Bill certification.
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Carrying out cost analysis, monitoring cost variations and preparing report.
- Understanding the requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge on construction costs and contracts.
- Robust math knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Understanding of engineering science and technology.
- Knowledge of building and construction.
- Relevant educational background( Civil Engineering)
