Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to identify recent business opportunities, develop customer relationships, promote company products or services, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Explain company products or services and provide suitable solutions to customers.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, payments, and feedback.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and daily activity records.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Customer relationship management and lead-generation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Educational Qualification

- Any bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers may be considered based on communication skills and sales aptitude.

Experience

- Preferred experience: 1–5 years in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Experience in B2B sales, field sales, or industrial sales is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
