JOB DESCRIPTION – TELECALLER (MMU MONITORING)

Coverage: Monitoring of 130 MMUs

Job Summary

The Telecaller will be responsible for daily monitoring of 130 Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) across Assam through video calls, attendance verification, GPS-tracked IN/OUT photographs, and camp activity monitoring to ensure proper functioning and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Call Verification: Conduct video calls with MMU teams at camp sites during IN and OUT timings to verify staff attendance and presence.
- Staff Attendance Monitoring: Confirm the physical presence of all MMU team members at their respective camp locations.
- Photo Verification: Collect and verify GPS-tracked IN/OUT photographs uploaded by MMU teams in the official WhatsApp group.
- Camp Activity Monitoring: Verify that camps are operational, beneficiaries are present, and medical services are being delivered.
- Discrepancy Reporting: Immediately report staff absence, late arrival, early departure, missing photographs, or non-operational camps to the Sr. MIS Executive.
- Daily Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, attendance verification, photographs, camp status, and discrepancies.
- Daily Reporting:



Prepare and submit a consolidated daily monitoring report covering all 130 MMUs.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure 100% daily monitoring coverage and escalate discrepancies within 30 minutes of detection.
- Other Duties: Perform any other job assigned by the State Head as per the employee’s expertise.

Daily Performance Targets

- 260 video verification calls (IN and OUT) per day.
- Attendance verification of all 130 MMU teams.
- Verification of 260 IN/OUT photographs per day.
- Monitoring of 130 camps daily.
- Submission of one consolidated daily monitoring report.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication and telephone-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and WhatsApp.
- Attention to detail and ability to verify photographs, timestamps, and GPS details.
- Good documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume calls and meet daily targets.
- Responsible, disciplined, and capable of handling confidential employee and operational information.

Accountability

The Telecaller shall be accountable for complete daily monitoring coverage, accurate documentation, timely escalation of discrepancies, and submission of daily monitoring reports.

Note: The employee may be assigned additional responsibilities by the State Head as required by the project.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 per month
