We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business operations through effective HR practices. Responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment coordination, performance management, employee engagement, HR policy implementation, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with relevant HR experience.
Experience: 3–5 years in HR
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
