- Collect products/parcels from the assigned location.
- Deliver products safely and on time to customers.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, collect the payment from the customer and ensure the correct amount is received.
- Hand over the product to the customer after completing the required payment/delivery process.
- Provide proper confirmation of delivery through the company app/system.
- Deposit or submit the collected COD amount to the company as per company procedure.
- Handle products carefully and maintain their condition.
- Contact customers regarding delivery when required.
- Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
- Follow company delivery procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in proper working condition, where applicable
Salary Structure
- Payment per Delivery: ₹15 per completed delivery
- Monthly Target: 1,500 completed deliveries
- Extra Bonus: ₹1,000 upon completing 1,500 deliveries in a month
