The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with banking processes and business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** + Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories. + Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs. + Translate requirements into Salesforce functional specifications. + Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, SIT/UAT, and defect management. + Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and business teams.



+ Analyze and improve banking processes including customer onboarding, lending, servicing, and CRM operations. **Required Skills:** + 5+ years of Business Analysis experience. + 3+ years of Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) experience. + Solid expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping. + Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and UAT. + Excellent communication and analytical skills. + Banking/Financial Services domain experience is mandatory.
