We are looking for a GeM and Government Tendering Specialist with hands-on experience in
government e-procurement portals, tender documentation, compliance checks and online bid
submissions. Key Responsibilities
•Identify relevant tenders through GeM, CPPP, NIC and State e-Procurement portals.
•Manage tender documentation, eligibility checks and compliance matrices.
•Prepare and submit online bids within specified deadlines.
•Handle pre-bid queries and documentation relating to EMD and PBG.




•Manage BOQ documentation and reverse auction activities.
•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant tender submissions. Mandatory Skills
•Hands-on GeM experience.
•Practical experience with government e-procurement and tender submissions.
•Knowledge of tender documentation, eligibility requirements and compliance.
•Ability to manage multiple tender deadlines and coordinate with stakeholders. Preferred: IT/ITES, software or technology tender experience.
Interview Process: 2 face-to-face rounds.
