We are seeking a Business Development Manager with proven experience in IT contract
staffing, staff augmentation or contract-to-hire business. The role involves acquiring new
GCC and enterprise clients, interacting with stakeholders, gathering staffing requirements and
building a strong business pipeline. Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business with GCCs and enterprise clients across Hyderabad,
Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai and other Indian technology hubs.
• Generate and qualify IT contract staffing, staff augmentation and contract-to-hire
requirements.
• Build relationships with GCC talent acquisition teams, procurement, CIOs, CTOs and
technology decision-makers.
• Drive client acquisition, vendor empanelment, rate negotiations, MSAs, SOWs and
purchase orders.
• Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfil requirements, support




interviews and convert opportunities into deployments.
• Manage account plans, sales pipeline, client follow-ups and revenue and margin
reporting. Mandatory Skills
• Proven sales experience in IT contract staffing, staff augmentation or contract-to-hire.
• Robust client acquisition and relationship management skills.
• Experience in business development and requirement gathering.
• Solid negotiation and pipeline-building skills. Preferred Skills
• GCC and enterprise client relationships.
• Vendor empanelment experience.
• Knowledge of rate cards, staffing commercials, MSAs, SOWs, payment terms and the
deployment lifecycle.
• IT services or specialised technology staffing experience.
