HR Executive – Blue Collar

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage blue-collar manpower and fabrication contractors for our workshop and projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day fabrication contractor issues and workforce grievances.
- Source and onboard new contractors and blue-collar manpower.
- Negotiate contractor rates and commercial terms with management approval.
- Maintain contractor records, agreements, attendance, and wage details.
- Calculate contractor wages and verify bills for payment processing.
- Ensure manpower availability as per workshop and project requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance, discipline, and productivity.
- Coordinate with management, supervisors, and Accounts for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–6 years of experience in industrial HR and contractor management.
- Solid contractor handling and blue-collar manpower sourcing skills.
- Experience in wage calculation, attendance management, and contractor billing.
- Good negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fabrication, manufacturing, or engineering industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
