Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Bench Sales Recruiters for the Canadian IT staffing market. The selected candidates will be responsible for marketing IT consultants who are available for new projects, connecting with staffing vendors and recruitment agencies, identifying suitable job opportunities, and coordinating interviews and placements.

Candidates with good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in IT recruitment are encouraged to apply. Prior experience is not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Market IT consultants available for new projects to Canadian staffing vendors and recruitment agencies.
- Search for suitable IT contract job requirements using job boards, LinkedIn, and vendor portals.
- Send consultant resumes to relevant vendors after confirming availability and obtaining the required consent.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, vendors, and staffing companies across Canada.
- Learn about IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, and Business Analysis.
- Follow up with vendors regarding resume submissions, interview schedules, and client feedback.




- Coordinate interviews between consultants and potential employers or clients.
- Maintain records of consultant profiles, submissions, job requirements, and vendor contacts.
- Assist senior recruiters with rate negotiations, placement coordination, and onboarding documentation.
- Work toward daily and monthly performance targets under the guidance of senior team members.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, email, and internet research.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with Canadian business hours.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Interest in recruitment, sales, marketing, and the IT staffing industry.
- Fresh graduates from any discipline may apply.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of IT technologies and job titles.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
- Interest in the Canadian job market and contract staffing.
- Ability to communicate professionally through email and phone calls.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
