Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end CATI market research projects, from setup and pilot to fieldwork closure and delivery.
- Coordinate CATI interviewers, supervisors, vendors and internal operations teams to meet targets.
- Track quotas, productivity, response rates, quality metrics, timelines and project budgets.
- Oversee questionnaire programming coordination, sample management,
call disposition and daily reporting.
- Conduct quality checks, resolve fieldwork escalations and communicate project updates to clients.
Required Skills / Profile
- Hands-on CATI project execution and team coordination experience.
- Strong understanding of B2B/B2C research, fieldwork operations, quotas and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting and client communication.
