Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to manage digital marketing activities, create engaging content, and support our brand growth and lead generation efforts.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO, social media content creation, poster designing, and reel editing. Knowledge of AI video creation tools will be an added advantage.

This is a fully remote prospect exclusively for candidates currently residing in Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing activities across social media platforms.

- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.

- Perform basic SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and website optimization.

- Create engaging social media content, captions, and marketing copy.

- Design professional posters and creatives for social media campaigns.

- Edit and produce Instagram Reels and other short-form marketing videos.

- Explore and use AI tools to create marketing videos and visual content.

- Manage social media content calendars and maintain consistent brand communication.

- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and lead generation results.

- Research competitors, identify trends, and suggest recent marketing strategies.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram marketing.

- Understanding of SEO fundamentals.





- Content writing and social media content creation skills.

- Poster designing skills using Canva or similar tools.

- Reel editing and short-form video creation skills.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics and performance tracking.

- Good communication and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience using AI video generation and editing tools.

- Knowledge of lead generation and conversion optimization.

- Basic understanding of website management and Google Analytics.

- A portfolio of previous posters, reels, campaigns, or other digital marketing work.

Eligibility Criteria

- Location: Must currently reside in Tamil Nadu, India.

- Languages: Tamil and English proficiency preferred.

- Must have a personal laptop or computer suitable for digital marketing work.

- Must have a reliable internet connection.

- Must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

- Candidates should be willing to take ownership of assigned tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000, based on skills and experience.
