Job Summary Brookinton Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Stock Market Trainer for its Coimbatore location. The ideal candidate should have practical experience and a strong understanding of both Indian and international financial markets. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering stock market training, explaining trading concepts, developing learning materials, guiding learners, and helping participants understand financial markets and trading strategies. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Stock Market Training - Conduct training sessions on stock markets, trading, and investment fundamentals. - Explain Indian and international financial markets in a simple and practical manner. - Teach concepts related to equities, indices, commodities, currencies, and other relevant financial instruments. - Explain technical analysis, fundamental analysis, chart reading, and risk management. - Conduct practical sessions using charts, market data, and suitable trading platforms. - Adapt training methods to suit beginners and experienced learners. B. International Financial Markets - Provide training on international financial markets and their major instruments. - Explain the fundamentals of global markets, including international indices, commodities, and currency markets. - Help learners understand market movements, economic indicators, and global events that influence financial markets. - Explain the risks associated with trading in domestic and international markets. C. Training Material Development - Prepare training presentations, notes, worksheets, and practical exercises. - Develop structured learning modules for different levels of learners. - Update training content in line with relevant market developments. - Create assessments and assignments to evaluate learners' understanding. D. Learner Support and Mentoring - Clarify learners' doubts and provide appropriate academic guidance.



- Monitor learners' progress and provide constructive feedback. - Conduct assessments and practical exercises to strengthen their understanding. - Encourage disciplined learning, responsible decision-making, and effective risk management. E. Training Programme Coordination - Coordinate with the internal team to schedule and deliver training programmes. - Support online and offline training sessions as required. - Participate in webinars, workshops, and financial market awareness programmes. - Provide feedback to management on training quality and learner progress. F. Reporting and Performance Management - Maintain attendance records and training reports. - Submit regular updates on training activities and learner progress. - Complete assigned training modules within the specified timelines. - Contribute to the development and improvement of the company's financial market training programmes. 3. Eligibility Criteria - Practical knowledge and experience in both Indian and international financial markets are mandatory. - Strong understanding of stock markets, trading concepts, and financial instruments. - Knowledge of technical analysis, fundamental analysis, chart patterns, and risk management. - Previous experience in conducting stock market training sessions is preferred. - Ability to explain complex financial concepts using simple language. - Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with online training tools and trading platforms. - Ability to engage learners and conduct interactive training sessions. 4.
