About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated MBA freshers to join our growing teams across Sales, Project Management, and Human Resources. This is an excellent prospect for candidates to gain practical industry exposure, develop professional skills, and build a strong career in a technology-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales

- Support lead generation, client acquisition, and business development activities.
- Identify potential customers and assist in developing sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with clients, prepare proposals, and follow up on business leads.
- Assist in market research, sales reporting, and maintaining client relationships.

2. Project Management

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.




- Coordinate with internal teams to track project progress and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and records.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

3. Human Resources (HR)

- Assist in recruitment, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding, employee documentation, and HR operations.
- Maintain employee records and assist with attendance and engagement activities.
- Support HR reporting, policy implementation, and other administrative activities.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
