Private Chef – Bangalore

Position: Private Chef
Location: Bangalore – Apartment
Employment Type: Live-out
Family: 3 Members
Staff: 1 Cleaner & 1 Local Cook
Reports To: Principal

Salary & Working Hours

- Salary: 65,000 – 70,000 per month, depending on experience

- Working Hours: 9–10 hours per day, inclusive of breaks

- Weekly Off: 1 day

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and prepare multi-cuisine meals, primarily Indian and Italian.

- Adapt menus according to the family’s daily preferences, occasions, and guest hospitality needs.

- Plan weekly/monthly menus in consultation with the family, ensuring variety and quality.

- Maintain valuable knowledge of food products, ingredients, and their quality.

- Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

- Coordinate with the existing cleaner and local cook for smooth and organized kitchen operations.





- Ensure meals are prepared fresh and served on time as per the family’s schedule.

Experience & Requirements

- Certification/Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant cooking experience preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, or luxury residences.

- Strong multi-cuisine culinary skills with proven experience in Indian and Italian cuisine.

- Good knowledge of ingredients, spices, and food quality standards.

- Well-organized, hygienic, and detail-oriented.

- Ability to adapt menus creatively while maintaining consistent quality.

- Ability to work collaboratively with existing household staff.

- Punctual and reliable with consistent meal timings.

- Maintains confidentiality and discretion regarding household matters.
