About BlinkRest

BlinkRest is a restaurant technology platform helping restaurants streamline operations through digital menus, QR ordering, billing, Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT) and restaurant management tools.

We are looking for a creative, AI-first intern who can combine creativity, up-to-date AI tools and data-driven thinking to grow BlinkRest’s online presence and attract restaurant customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other available AI tools to brainstorm content ideas, hooks, captions and campaign concepts.
- Create Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels and promotional content for BlinkRest.
- Use AI-assisted workflows to research restaurant-industry trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
- Develop content calendars and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Create designs using available tools such as Canva and edit short-form videos using accessible editing software.
- Research competitor content and identify opportunities to differentiate BlinkRest.
- Support organic outreach to restaurants and relevant business audiences on social media.
- Track content performance, engagement and audience growth using available analytics.
- Experiment with AI-assisted content repurposing and workflow automation.
- Coordinate with the founders to ensure content accurately represents BlinkRest’s features and brand.

Skills Required

- Interest in social media, digital marketing, content creation and AI.
- Familiarity with Instagram and short-form content formats.
- Good writing, communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of AI prompting and content research.




- Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.

Bonus Skills

- Experience with Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
- Canva, CapCut or other design/video editing tools.
- Social media analytics, SEO or content strategy.
- AI automation tools such as n8n.

College students and freshers are welcome to apply. A portfolio or sample content is a plus, but not mandatory.

Important: BlinkRest will not provide paid AI subscriptions, design-tool subscriptions, API credits or other paid software plans. Applicants are not required to purchase subscriptions to participate.

Internship & Stipend Details

- Duration: 3 months.
- Work arrangement: Fully remote; no office attendance required.
- Performance-based stipend of up to ₹10,000 per month.
- Stipend eligibility and amount will depend on clearly communicated performance criteria, content quality, consistency, agreed deliverables and contribution to marketing goals.
- Working hours, responsibilities and stipend criteria will be communicated before onboarding.
