We are hiring Academic Counsellors for a fast-growing education and learning organisation in Chennai. You will guide learners and parents in choosing the right programs, handle inbound and outbound leads, and drive admissions. Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, career paths and outcomes Call and follow up on leads daily; conduct demo and counselling sessions Understand each learner's goals and recommend the right program Convert leads into enrolments and meet monthly targets Maintain lead and conversion records in the CRM Provide a smooth onboarding experience to enrolled learners Requirements Prior experience as an Academic Counsellor, Admission Counsellor or Sales Counsellor in the EdTech industry (mandatory) Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi or other languages a plus)
